Printing is Slow
If transmission takes a long time when sending data to the device, it could be caused by the following. Follow the instructions described in "Remedy."
Cause
The amount of data being sent to the device is large, such as a document containing color photographs or large images
Remedy 1.
If the resolution is set higher than needed, change the resolution.
(1) In the [Print] dialog, click [Printer Options] → click [Quality].
(2) Select the appropriate resolution from the [Quality] pop-up menu.
Remedy 2.
When using the UFR II/UFRII LT/LIPSLX Printer Driver, transmission may be improved by converting the print data to image data (.bmp) and sending it according to the following procedure.
(1)In the [Print] dialog, click [Printer Options] → click [Quality].
(2)Click [Quality Settings].
(3) Select [Raster Mode] from [Graphics Mode] in the [Quality Settings] dialog.
