User Management

You can manage the number of pages scanned by individuals or groups (such as departments or users) with the user management function.
If authentication information has already been set, the scanner can be set so that authentication is automatically executed when scanning. You can also set the scanner so that authentication information must be entered each time scanning is executed.

To use the user management function, you must first register a department ID/user name and PIN/password, and make sure that the user management function is enabled at the scanner.
