Turning OFF/Restarting the Machine

You can use the Remote UI to shut down or restart the machine.


When the machine is turned OFF or restarted, any documents that are being printed or sent are canceled.

Turning OFF the Machine

Start the Remote UI

[Settings/Registration]

[Device Management]

[Remote Shutdown]

[Start]

Start the Remote UI

[Settings/Registration]

[Restart Device]

[Perform Restart]

[OK]


If optional equipment is not recognized after restart The machine may not recognize optional equipment after it is restarted. If this happens, turn OFF the power of the optional equipment, and then turn it back ON.
