Paper Jams in a Paper Source
Check the paper jam location on the screen, and follow the procedure below to remove the paper.

Clearing Paper Jams in Paper Drawer 1

Open the right cover of the main unit.

Check whether paper is jammed in the delivery guide.
 | Lift up the transfer unit.  |
 | Open the delivery guide located toward you.  |
 | If paper is jammed, gently pull it out in the direction of the arrow.  |
 | Close the delivery guide. |

Check whether paper is jammed in the paper drawer 1.
| Hold the handle of the paper drawer and pull it out until it stops. |
| If paper is jammed, gently pull it out in the direction of the arrow.  |
| Gently insert the paper drawer into the machine. |

Gently close the right cover of the main unit until they click.
Continue following the instructions on the screen to proceed with the interrupted operation or continue clearing paper jams.
Clearing Paper Jams in Paper Drawer 2 (Optional)

Check whether paper is jammed in the right cover of the paper drawer.
| Open the right cover of the paper drawer.  |
| If paper is jammed, gently pull it out in the direction of the arrow.  |

Check whether paper is jammed in the paper drawer.
| Hold the handle of the paper drawer and pull it out until it stops. |
| If paper is jammed, gently pull it out in the direction of the arrow.  |
| Gently insert the paper drawer into the machine. |

Gently close the right cover of the paper drawer until they click.

Check whether paper is jammed in the right cover of the paper drawer.
| Open the right cover of the paper drawer.  |
| If paper is jammed, gently pull it out in the direction of the arrow.  |

| Hold the handle of the paper drawer and pull it out until it stops. |
| If paper is jammed, gently pull it out in the direction of the arrow.  |
| Gently insert the paper drawer into the machine. |
