Supported Devices

This software supports the following devices.
Canon devices
Other company devices that support standard MIB
When device information is registered to this software or when the registered device information is updated, this software checks whether the target devices support the function for sending data to the Remote Monitoring Server. The specific timing is indicated below.
When [Add to Managed Devices] is clicked on the [Devices Removed from Management] tab of the [Devices] > [Monitored Device List] > [Manage Devices] page
Managing Devices
When [Check Functionality] is clicked on the [Device Details] page
The [Device Details] page is displayed when either of the following operations is performed.
Click [Device ID] on the [Devices] > [Monitored Device List] page.
Click [Device ID] on the [Devices] > [Monitored Device List] > [Manage Devices] page.

The data sent to the Remote Monitoring Server is limited for non-Canon devices. For more information, see the following.
Devices that do not support the function for sending data to the Remote Monitoring Server can also be registered to this software. Only the basic information can be checked for those devices.
