Specifying Destinations

When sending or saving scanned data or faxes, specify destinations using the method below.
The method of specifying destinations and the number of destinations that can be specified vary depending on the function and destination.

When sending scanned data by e-mail or I-Fax, you can specify destinations for the Cc and Bcc fields only from the Address Book.

You can call up the TX Job Log of scan or fax jobs and specify destinations that were specified in the past.

Specifying Multiple Destinations
You can specify multiple destinations by repeating the operation of specifying a destination.
However, you cannot specify multiple file save locations (shared folder or FTP server) as destinations.
When Removing a Specific Destination after Specifying Multiple Destinations
Use the following procedure:
On the scan or fax screen, select [Confirm Destination] select the checkbox of the destination or group to remove [Remove from Dest.] [Yes].
If you selected the checkbox of a group, you can press [Details] [Destination] to view the destinations registered to that group. You cannot individually remove destinations registered to a group.

The screen for confirming whether a specified destination is correct may be displayed depending on the settings of the machine.
In addition, the method for specifying destinations may be restricted, and sending may be restricted to only specific destinations.
