Colors or Stains Appear on the Background of Printouts

Setting [Prevent Fogging] to [Mode 1] may solve the problem. If that does not work, set the item to [Mode 2] and [Mode 3] in that order.

* When this setting is enabled, the print density may decrease.

Check the remaining amount of toner in the toner cartridges, and replace any toner cartridges, as needed.

* Depending on the usage condition of the machine, the actual remaining amount of toner may be lower than indicated or the parts maybe deteriorated. If the condition persists even after replacing the toner cartridge indicated to have a low amount of toner, it is recommended to replace the other toner cartridges as well.
