Checking the Settings Changed with the Recommended Security Settings

You can print a list of the settings changed with <Recommended Security Set. for Usage Environment> to check the setting values before and after change.
The procedure described here uses the control panel.
You cannot configure the settings using the Remote UI from a computer.
Administrator, DeviceAdmin, or NetworkAdmin privileges are required.

Press (Settings/Registration) on the control panel of the machine.

Press <Management Settings> → <Security Settings> → <Recommended Security Set. for Usage Environment>.
The <Recommended Security Set. for Usage Environment> screen appears.

Select the environment type, and press <Print Set.Changes>.
A message confirming whether you want to execute appears.

Confirm the message, and press <Yes>.
The changed settings are printed.
All the recommended security settings are printed to the report, regardless of the state and the availability of the corresponding functions. Therefore, settings that are not supported by the model of your machine may be printed.
