Sent Data Is Printed on a Different Paper Size
If jobs are printed on a paper size that differs from that of the original data, contact the administrator of the multifunction printer.

When sending data from Microsoft Excel in a size such as Oficio or Foolscap, the data may be output in the Letter size. |

If [Fit to LTR/A4] is enabled in [Print settings] on the settings screen for administrators, the sent data will be printed on A4 or LTR paper, regardless of the paper size set in the original data. For information on the settings screen for administrators, see the following.
