*6 The following limitations apply to the combinations of default file format and default resolution.
When TIFF is set as the default file format:
200 dpi x 100 dpi and 200 dpi x 400 dpi cannot be set as the default resolution. These resolutions can only be set when actually scanning.
When the settings are saved with 400 dpi or 600 dpi selected, the default resolution is set to 300 dpi x 300 dpi.
When PDF or PDF/A is set as the default file format:
The available resolutions are 300 dpi and 600 dpi. If another resolution is selected, an error will be displayed if you try to save the settings.
When PDF (Compact) is set as the default file format:
The available resolution is 300 dpi only. If another resolution is selected, an error will be displayed if you try to save the settings.
If version management is enabled when saving files to SharePoint Online or OneDrive for Business, the [Duplicate file name handling] setting in Cloud Connector is disabled and the files are always overwritten. To prioritize the settings of Cloud Connector, it is necessary to disable version management.
