When the Version of Cloud Connector Is Incorrect

An error is displayed if an old version of Cloud Connector is installed to your multifunction printer.

Remedy 1: Register the license access number again

The error may be resolved by registering the license access number used at the time of purchase again.

If the error is displayed because a revision of Cloud Connector has been released, registering the license access number again will download the latest version and resolve the error.

Remedy 2: Check the version and contact your dealer or service representative

If the error was not resolved with Remedy 1, follow the procedure below to check the version and contact your dealer or service representative.

Log in to the Remote UI.

On the Portal page of Remote UI, click [Service Management Service].

On the [MEAP Application Management] screen, check the version displayed for [CloudConnectClient].
The error will be resolved by registering the license access number that you purchase.
