Black Material Sticks to the Printed Image

If black material around 0.2 to 1.0 mm (0.01" to 004") in size sticks to the printed image, solid ink may be stuck to the primary fixing belt. In this case, clean the primary fixing belt.

If the solid ink cannot be removed by cleaning the primary fixing belt, clean the primary fixing belt again, then refer to the following to lower the suction pressure.
