Using a Dedicated Application to Print and Scan (Canon PRINT Business)
You can use the dedicated Canon application Canon PRINT Business to print and scan.
It also supports User Authentication and Department ID Management. Even when printing with unknown user information or Department ID is restricted, you can print by setting user information or a Department ID.

Usage
Connect a mobile device to the machine. Connecting a Mobile Device to the Machine
Register the machine to Canon PRINT Business.
When a mobile device is connected to the machine via LAN and you register the machine, the IP address information of the machine or displaying of the QR code is required. You can check the IP address and display the QR code with the [Home] screen of the control panel

NOTE
To scan using Canon PRINT Business, the Scan for Mobile function must be enabled on the machine. [Display Scan for Mobile]
