Saving Scanned Documents to Another Machine or Server
You can directly access data scanned with the machine and save it to Advanced Space on another machine or a file server (Windows server) on the network.
* If a folder dedicated to a login user (Personal Folder) has been configured, you can directly access and save data to the Personal Folder.
Required Preparations
Register the information for accessing another machine or server as a connection destination. Preparations for Using Another Machine or Server on the Network
On the control panel, scan a document with the machine from [Scan and Store] in the [Home] screen, and save the scanned data to another machine or server. Saving Scanned Data
* You can also scan a document from [Scan and Send] or [Access Stored Files] in the [Home] screen, and save the data to another machine or server.
Using [Scan and Send] to save the data is useful if you want to send the scanned data to an e-mail address or other destination at the same time. Sending Scanned Data
