Cannot Print or Copy

Troubleshoot by checking the items below.

Is the Processing/Data Indicator on the Control Panel Blinking or Lit?

If the indicator is blinking or lit, there is print data that is being processed or waiting to be processed. Wait until the process is completed or change the priority of the data you want to print on the screen for confirming the print status.

Has an Error Occurred?

Check the print or copy processing status and log, and if a three-digit number starting with "#" (error code) is displayed, check how to troubleshoot the problem based on the error code.

Can You Print a Test Page?

If you can print a test page, check if the print settings of the application are correct.

Is the Operation Mode to Be Used Subject to Auto Select?

Set all operation modes to be used to Auto Select. [Auto Select]

Is Forced Hold Settings Enabled?

If enabled, print data that meets the conditions is forcibly held and the machine must be operated to perform printing.

Check the Network Connection Status and Settings.

Check the required items according to the usage environment.
