Printing Using a Registered Profile
When you print from a computer, the color profile registered in the machine is used for printing.
* If you use a PS printer driver, you cannot print using a profile for specific colors.
IMPORTANT
To print using a registered profile, you first need to obtain device information from the printer driver. On the [Device Settings] tab of the printer driver properties screen, click [
] in [Device Information].

Display the [Printing Preferences] screen of the printer driver.

Select a profile registered in the machine.
When Using a Printer Driver Other Than PS

On the [Quality] tab, select the [Manual Color Settings] checkbox, and click [Color Settings].
The [Color Settings] screen is displayed.

On the [Matching] tab, configure the settings as follows.
[Matching Mode]: Select [Use].
[Application Color Matching Priority]: Clear the checkbox.
[Matching Method]: Select a profile registered in the machine.

Click [OK].
The [Printing Preferences] screen is displayed again.
When Using a PS Printer Driver
On the [Color] tab, configure the settings as follows.
[RGB Matching Mode]: Select [Device Link Profile].
[RGB Input [Light + Color Space]]: Select a profile registered in the machine.

Configure the other print settings, as needed.
Configure 2-sided printing and adjust the image quality and other settings to suit your document and purpose. For details, click [Help] on the [Printing Preferences] screen to display help.

Click [OK], and click [Print] or [OK].
Printing starts.
