Cannot Send a Fax to an International Destination
Troubleshoot by checking the items below.
Entering the Wait Time (Pause)
When sending a fax to an international destination, enter the international access number, country code, and fax number of the destination in that order. Press [Pause] in between the numbers to add a pause.
If you still cannot send a fax after entering a pause, change the pause time.
Log in to Remote UI click [Settings/Registration] [Send] [TX Settings - Fax Settings] in [Set Pause Time], enter the pause time click [OK] |
On the control panel, press [
Settings/Registration], and configure the setting in [Function Settings].

Try sending a fax after lowering the communication start speed in phases.
Administrator or DeviceAdmin privileges are required.
Log in to Remote UI as an administrator click [Settings/Registration] [Send] [Communications Settings - Fax Settings] in [TX Start Speed], select the speed click [OK] |
On the control panel, press [
Settings/Registration], and configure the setting in [Function Settings].
