Toner Replenishment Service

You can configure settings for the toner replenishment service. Through the toner replenishment service, new toner cartridges are automatically delivered to you before your existing toner cartridges are used up.
Use of the toner replenishment service requires prior registration. This service is only available in certain countries.
This section describes how to configure the settings using the control panel.
You can also configure the settings using Remote UI from a computer. [Toner Delivery Settings] (Administrator Mode only)
Administrator privileges are required.

Register to Use the Toner Replenishment Service

On the control panel, press [Toner Delivery Settings] in the [Home] screen. [Home] Screen
The [Toner Delivery Settings] screen is displayed. 
If the login screen appears, enter the Administrator ID and PIN, and then press [Log In]. Administrator ID and PIN

Press [Register for Toner Replenishment Service Program] [Register for Program(Recommended)].
A QR code is displayed.
To use this service, you must agree to the terms of use on the confirmation screen.

Scan the QR code with a mobile device and register the necessary information.

Configuring Settings for Toner Replenishment Service

On the control panel, press [Toner Delivery Settings] in the [Home] screen. [Home] Screen
The [Toner Delivery Settings] screen is displayed.
If the login screen appears, enter the Administrator ID and PIN, and then press [Log In]. Administrator ID and PIN

Press [Toner Delivery Settings] [Activate].
To use this service, you must agree to the terms of use on the confirmation screen.

Press [Next].

In the licensing screen, press [Accept].
Connection settings to the server for the toner replenishment service are configured.

Press [OK].
If connection to the server fails, check the connection by selecting [Toner Delivery Settings] on the [Home] screen [Connect to Server/Verify Connection with Server].
