Checking the Remaining Amount of Consumables and Parts
You can check the current remaining toner level in increments of 10%. When you are using 710Z / 610Z / 520Z, you can also check the remaining amount of staples.
Check the remaining amount of consumables and parts, for example, to see if you need to prepare a new toner cartridge or staples before printing a large volume document.

On the control panel, press [

Press [Consumables/Others] to check the remaining amount of consumables and parts.
You can use [Other Information] to check the following information:
Remaining amount of toner
Staple supply status (when using 710Z / 610Z / 520Z)
When the remaining amount of toner is low and you need to prepare to replace the toner cartridge, press [Check Consumables] to check the following:
Item names of consumables and consumable parts
Remaining number of days until replacement (estimated) 
* You can also check the remaining amount of consumables and parts by pressing [Operating Status] at the bottom of the [Status Monitor] screen.
NOTE
Remaining Number of Days until Replacement
The remaining number of days is the estimated number of days until replacement based on usage. "1 year or more" may be displayed a little while after using the machine for the first time.
Even if "Replacement Needed" is displayed in the remaining number of days, do not replace the consumables or parts until the message instructing you to replace these is displayed at the bottom of the control panel.
