Paper Curls
Troubleshoot by checking in the following order:
Step 1: Checking the Paper
Is the Paper Damp?
Replace with paper that is not damp. Usable Paper
Step 2: Specifying the Paper Size and Type
Specify the Paper Size and Type.
The paper size and type must be set correctly according to the loaded paper. Specifying the Paper Size and Type
Step 3: Set [Curl Prevention Mode]
If [Curl Prevention Mode] is set to [On], you may be able to solve the problem.
Administrator or DeviceAdmin privileges are required.
Log in to the machine as an administrator  on the control panel, in the [Home] screen or other screen, press [ Settings/Registration] [Adjustment/Maintenance] [Adjust Image Quality] [Special Processing] [Curl Prevention Mode] [On] [OK] [Close]. |
* If this setting is set to [On], the printing speed decreases. In addition, printouts may be faded.
