Printouts Are Uneven or Faded

Troubleshoot by checking in the following order:

Step 1: Checking the Paper

Is the Paper Damp?

Replace with paper that is not damp.

Step 2: Adjusting the Gradation

Try Adjusting the Gradation.

Adjusting the gradation may improve the problem. Calibrating the Gradation

Step 3: Changing and Adjusting the Original Type for Copying

Select the original type for copying again.
