System Options
By installing system options, you can add available functions and enhance the performance of the machine.
PCL Printer Kit
Supports PCL emulation printing solutions. PCL5c/PCL6 emulation printing solutions are supported.
* This option is standard equipped depending on the region.
PS Printer Kit
Install PS Printer Kit to use the machine as a PS printer.
Barcode Printing Kit
Install Barcode Printing Kit to print barcodes.

PCL International Font Set
Adds the fonts below to the PCL printer. This enables output using multiple languages in a SAP Unicode environment.
Andale® and WorldType® Collection J (Japanese Version)
Andale® and WorldType® Collection K (Korean Version)
Andale® and WorldType® Collection S (Simplified Chinese Version)
Andale® and WorldType® Collection T (Traditional Chinese Version)
Four font versions are enabled to accommodate regional variations in character design.
PCL Asian Font Set
This option enables you to add the asian fonts for a PCL printer. As a result, you can output using asian languages.
Super G3 FAX Board
You can use Super G3 FAX Board to send and receive faxes. You can also send documents created with an application directly from a computer via the network.
Remote Fax Kit
This option is required to use the Remote Fax function. Even if the machine does not have a fax board installed, you can send faxes from a separate imageFORCE or imageRUNNER ADVANCE machine that has a fax board installed and is on the same network.
Using Remote FaxesUniversal Send Trace & Smooth PDF Kit
Install the Universal Send Trace & Smooth PDF Kit to send/save PDF files with scalable outline data.
The outline data can be extracted and used in Adobe Illustrator. A smoothing process can also be applied to the text of the outline data to make it appear less jagged when viewed on a computer monitor or in print.
Universal Send Digital User Signature Kit
Install the Universal Send Digital User Signature Kit to send and save documents as PDF or XPS files with a digital signature unique to the user.
By using a digital certificate unique to the user that was obtained from a certificate authority, the recipient of a PDF or XPS file can verify which user signed it.
Optional Data Storage Kit
Install the Optional Data Storage Kit to increase the storage space for holding documents in the machine.
IMPORTANT
Installing the Optional Data Storage Kit deletes the documents that are held in the machine, and they can no longer be printed. Print the documents held in the machine before installing the Optional Data Storage Kit, or perform the print job to be held in the machine from a computer again after installing the Optional Data Storage Kit.
