Remedy
Configure these settings in the application.
The user information cannot be changed
Cause
Your account does not have Windows administrator privileges.
Remedy
Display this app after logging on as a user with administrator privileges. Contact your system administrator for further information.
The functions supported by the device are not displayed or cannot be set in the print settings screen
Cause
Device information has not been set.
Remedy
On the [Device Settings] sheet, configure the information and functions of the device to use. For details, click the link below.
