Checking the Setting Items Configurable on the Machine and the Current Settings (User DataList/System Manager Data List)
You can print and check a list of the settings of the machine and the current settings.
On the User Data List, some settings are not printed, such as the network settings or the system management settings. If you want to check all the settings including the settings above, print the System Manager Data List.

Select <Menu> in the Home screen.

Select <Output Report> 
<Print List>.

Select <User Data List> or <System Manager Data List>.
Department ID Management and System Manager IDs are set on the machine. Enter the Department ID and PIN according to the following steps.

Enter the Department ID.

Enter the PIN.

Select <Log In>.

Check that the size and type of paper displayed on the screen is loaded in the machine, and then select <Start>.
