Printing a Received Fax Later (Memory Reception)
You can save received fax documents in the machine and print all of them later.
How to make settings to save fax documents in the machine's memory is described first. Then, how to print the saved fax documents is described.
Step 1 Saving in memory

Select <Menu> in the Home screen.

Select <Function Settings>
<Receive/Forward>
<Common Settings>.

Select <Set Fax/I-Fax Inbox>
<Fax Memory Lock Settings>.
If a login screen appears,
Department ID Management or System Manager IDs are set on the machine. Follow the steps below to enter the Department ID and the PIN.

Enter the Department ID.

Enter the PIN.

Select <Log In>.

Select <On> in <Use Memory Lock>.
Saving received faxes in memory only during a specific time,

Select <On> in <Set Memory Lock Time>.

Select <Memory Lock Time>
<Memory Lock Start Time>.

Specify the time, and select <Apply>.

Select <Memory Lock End Time>.

Specify the time, and select <Apply>.
When it becomes the specified end time, received documents saved in memory are automatically printed.

Step 2 Printing received documents in memory
You cannot select and print a specific fax document. To preview and check fax documents before printing, see
