Have you checked the settings of the wireless router or access point?
Check whether the network key is set correctly.

Check that the WEP key that was automatically generated (hexadecimal) is not selected. To enable communication without changing the settings of the wireless router or access point, configure the wireless LAN connection settings with manual entry.
If the wireless router or access point is set as described below, change the settings of the router.
The MAC address of the machine and computer is rejected by the MAC address packet filtering function*.
When only IEEE 802.11n is used for the wireless communication, WEP is selected or the WPA/WPA2 encryption method is set to TKIP.
*A function to permit only communications with devices with specified MAC addresses and prohibit other communications.
Are the SSID of the wireless router or access point to which the computer is connected and that of the wireless router or access point to which the machine is connected the same?
As the wireless router or access point, select the one with the SSID to which the computer is connected.
