Low Copy Density

A possible cause may be that the platen glass or feeder is dirty, or the copy settings are not proper. Check the following.

Isn't the platen glass or feeder dirty?

Clean the platen glass or feeder.

Are the copy settings correct?

Of the copy setting items, check the settings for image quality and density adjustment. If necessary, change the settings.

Did you change the default copy settings?

If you changed the default settings by <Change Default Settings (Copy)>, initialize the settings to restore the factory default ones.
