Received Faxes Cannot Be Printed Out

A possible cause may be that appropriate paper is not used or toner cartridges have reached the end of their lifetime. Check the following.

Are you using appropriate paper?

Load paper on which the received fax document can be printed properly. Available Paper

Check the paper size setting. Specifying Paper Size and Type

Are the toner cartridges installed correctly?

Reinstall the toner cartridges. Replacing the Toner Cartridge

Has any toner cartridge reached the end of its lifetime?

Check the amount remaining in the toner cartridges. Checking the Remaining Amount of Consumables

If the received document cannot be 2-sided printed

Check the settings for 2-sided printing of the received fax document. <Receive/Forward>
