Cannot Scan via Computer

A possible cause may be that the original is not placed properly or there is a problem with the scanner driver settings. Check the following.

Is the original placed properly?

Place the original properly. Placing Originals

Isn't there a problem with the scanner driver or software?

Reinstall the scanner driver or software.

Is the resolution setting correct?

If the resolution is too high, scanning may be impossible depending on the environment. In that case, decrease the resolution and check whether scanning is possible.
