You can move/duplicate chapters of a binder document in the [Page Tree] list in the Document Binder screen.

Moving/Duplicating Within the Same Binder Document

Select (Chapter) for the chapter that you want to move/duplicate in the [Page Tree] list in the Navigation Pane.
If the [Page Tree] list is not displayed, see the following.

Drag and drop the chapter to the desired position in the [Page Tree] list.
When duplicating a chapter, drag and drop the chapter into the [Page Tree] while holding down the [Ctrl] key on the keyboard. The chapters are moved/duplicated, and the page and chapter numbers are corrected.
Note
You can undo or redo the last operation by selecting the [Edit] menu > [Undo]/[Redo].
If a variable field is set in the page of a moved/copied chapter, that variable field is also moved/copied.

Moving/Duplicating Chapters into a Different Binder Document

You can move/duplicate chapters into different binder documents.
1.
Select for the chapter that you want to move/duplicate in the [Page Tree] list in the Navigation Pane.
If the [Page Tree] list is not displayed, see the following.
Note
By clicking (Document) in the [Page Tree] list, you can select all chapters.

Drag and drop the chapters onto the desired position in the [Page Tree] list of a different binder document while holding down the [Shift] key on the keyboard.
Or, drag and drop the chapters into the Preview Pane while holding down the [Shift] key on the keyboard.
When duplicating chapters, do one of the following.
Drag and drop the chapters to the desired position in the [Page Tree] list.
Drag and drop the chapters to the Preview Pane.
The chapters are moved, and the page and chapter numbers are corrected.
Note
You can undo or redo the last operation by selecting the [Edit] menu > [Undo]/[Redo].
If you use [Undo] in the source binder document, the moved chapter is restored, but the chapter remains in the destination binder document.
When using [Undo] in the binder document that you duplicated a chapter from, the page remains in the destination binder document.
If you drag and drop a chapter to the Preview Pane, it is added to the end of the binder document.
If a variable field is set in a page of a moved/copied chapter, that variable field is deleted when moving/copying.
