Creating New Text

In the object edit mode of Object Layout Editor, you can add a new text object.
Also see the following as necessary.
1.
Click (Add Text) on the Toolbar.
Or, select the [Objects] menu > [Add Text].
The shape of the mouse pointer becomes .
2.
Click a position to which you want to add a text on the Work Pane.
An edit box with a flashing cursor is added.
3.
Enter text.
4.
Press the [Enter] key or [Esc] key on the keyboard to finish editing the text.
Note
A default font is specified for all newly created text objects. For more information on default fonts, see the following.
Text is always aligned to left when entered.
Text copied to the clipboard is pasted without formatting. If line break codes are included in the text to paste, text up to the first line break code is pasted.
Edit box strings are not wrapped around.
Text in text objects can be copied, cut, edited or have its font changed.
