List of Toolbars

The tool buttons available in Object Layout Editor are as follows.
Operations which you can perform with tool buttons vary depends on the currently displayed edit mode.
In the Block Edit Mode
In the Object Edit Mode

In the Block Edit Mode

When you perform block editing (block edit mode), the tool buttons on the Toolbar and buttons for automatically reducing margins are displayed as indicated below.

(Undo)
Cancels the last operation.

(Redo)
Re-executes an operation that was cancelled by [Undo].

(Delete)
Deletes the currently selected block.

(Zoom)
Specifies the preview magnification factor.

(Move to Pages with Reducible Margins)
Enables you to move to pages where you can reduce margins.

(Divide Block)
Divides the selected block.

(Edit Objects)
Switches to the object edit mode.

(Reduce Block Margins on Displayed Pages)
Reduces margins by removing space between blocks. If is displayed, click and select [Reduce Margins].

(Reduce Block Margins on Consecutive Pages)
Specifies a page range and then reduces margins by removing space between blocks. If is displayed, click and select [Collectively Reduce Margins].

(Specify Area Not to Edit)
Specifies an area in which editing cannot be performed.

In the Object Edit Mode

When you perform object editing (object edit mode), the following tool buttons are shown on the Toolbar:

(Add Text)
Adds a new text object.

(Group)
Groups the selected multiple objects.
(Ungroup)
Ungroups the selected group of objects.
(Find Previous)
Highlights the previous result that matches the search conditions.
(Find Next)
Highlights the next result that matches the search conditions.

(Redaction)
Switches to the redaction edit mode.

(Edit Blocks)
Switches to the block edit mode.

In the Redaction Edit Mode

When you perform redaction editing (redaction edit mode), the following tool buttons are shown on the Toolbar:

(Delete)
Deletes the currently selected redaction marking.

(Zoom)
Specifies the preview magnification factor.
(Find Previous)
Highlights the previous result that matches the search conditions.

(Find Next)
Highlights the next result that matches the search conditions.

(Mark as Redaction Targets)
Performs a search and creates a redaction mark for the highlighted string.

(Apply/Finish)
Applies the redactions to the areas marked with redactions.
