Setting the Options of Annotation Editor

The following settings can be configured as the system settings for Annotation Editor.
1.
Select the [Settings] menu > [System Settings].
The [System Settings] dialog box is displayed.
[Resolution Settings when Copying Image]
Configures the image resolution to use when copying a selected area as an image.
[Resolution]
Select the resolution from the pull-down menu.
72 dpi
96 dpi
150 dpi
200 dpi
300 dpi
400 dpi
600 dpi
[Annotation Properties]
Configures the user name to assign to annotations.
[Use login user name]
The user name logged in to the computer is used as the user name. For more information, see the following.
[Use custom user name]
The user name entered in [User Name] is used. For more information, see the following.
Note
For other system settings, refer to the following.

Click [OK].
The settings are applied, and the dialog box is closed.
Note
The [System Settings] dialog box cannot be displayed in Annotation Editor when the [System Settings] dialog box is displayed in Desktop Browser, Document Binder, or Document Monitor.
