Inserting Annotations Registered in Favorites

This section describes how to insert annotations that have been registered in Favorites.

You must register the annotation in Favorites in advance. For more information, see the following. Registering Annotations in Favorites

In the Object Palette Pane, click the Favorites icon you want to insert.

The annotation registered in Favorites is inserted.

Note
You cannot specify the position where the annotation is inserted. If you want to adjust the insertion position of an annotation, do so after inserting the annotation. The annotation is placed in the same position as when it was registered in Favorites. If multiple annotations are selected and registered in Favorites, those registered annotations will be grouped when inserted. For more information on grouping annotations, see the following.
