Registering Annotations in Favorites

Registering an annotation in Favorites enables you to insert that annotation quickly and easily, saving time when you want to use the same annotation multiple times.

Registering to Favorites

1.
Click (Select Object) in the Object Palette Pane.
2.
Select the annotation you want to register in Favorites on the Work Pane.
3.
Click  (Add to Favorites) on the Toolbar.
Or, follow one of the steps described below.
Select the [Annotation] menu > [Add to Favorites].
Right-click and select [Add to Favorites].
The annotations are registered in [Favorites] in the Object Palette Pane.
Note
If buttons are not displayed on the Annotation Editor Toolbar, set the buttons on the Toolbar. For more information, see the following.

The annotation position information set when the annotations are registered to favorites is also saved.
A compact version of the registered annotations is registered as a button in the Object Palette Pane.
You can also register grouped annotations in Favorites.

Deleting from Favorites

Right-click the favorite button that you want to delete and select [Delete].
