Inserting Multiple Annotations

You can insert multiple annotations of the same type as the selected annotation. There are two methods of inserting multiple annotations; by selecting [Insert Multiple Annotations], and by double-clicking the annotation button.

You can configure/cancel each annotation.
If [Insert Multiple Annotations] is selected, the insert multiple annotations settings will be applied to all selected annotations.
If the annotation button is double-clicked, only the selected annotations are inserted.
You can keep the same annotation and stamp when inserting multiple non-image annotations and stamps.
You can insert multiple digital stamps only when [Fix size at insertion] is selected.

Selecting [Insert Multiple Annotations] to Insert Multiple Annotations

Click (Insert Multiple Annotations) on the toolbar.
Or, select the [Annotations] menu > [Insert Multiple Annotations].
You can insert multiple annotations.
The button selected on the Object Palette Pane is locked as selected, and multiple annotations can be inserted without its selection being canceled.
Note
If buttons are not displayed on the Annotation Editor Toolbar, set the buttons on the Toolbar. For more information, see the following.
Even if you change the selected annotation, you cannot cancel the insertion of multiple annotations. To cancel the multiple insertions, perform the following.
Click (Insert Multiple Annotations).
Select the [Annotations] menu > [Insert Multiple Annotations].

Double-Clicking to Insert Multiple Annotations

On the Object Palette Pane, double-click the button of the annotation you want to insert multiple times.
The selected button is locked as selected, and multiple annotations can be inserted without its selection being canceled.
Note
To deselect the selected annotations, perform the following.
Press other buttons in the Object Palette Pane
Press the [Esc] key on the keyboard twice (If the selected annotation is Text, Text Box, and Comment)
[Esc] key on the keyboard (If the selected annotation is other than Text, Text Box, and Comment)
