Toolbar List
The tool buttons available in Variable Editor are as follows.
Toolbar
 (Go to Page)

Displays a page specified by direct input.
|
 (First Page)
|
Displays the first page.
|
 (Previous Page)
|
Displays the previous page.
|
 (Next Page)
|
Displays the next page.
|
 (Last Page)
|
Displays the last page.
|
 (Undo)
|
Cancels the last operation.
|
 (Redo)
|
Re-executes an operation that was cancelled by [Undo].
|
 (Cut)
|
Cuts the selected variable field.
|
 (Copy)
|
Copies the selected variable field.
|
 (Paste)
|
Pastes the cut/copied variable field.
|
 (Delete)
|
Deletes the selected variable field.
|
 (Field Alignment)
|
You can align the position of fields you have inserted.

Displays a record specified by direct input.

Toggles display of the various parts of the screen on and off. You can configure the following display settings.

Status Bar
 (Changes the zoom level. Click to open the Zoom dialog box.)

Changes the magnification factor. Displays the [Zoom] dialog box when clicked.

 (Zoom Out)
|
Reduces the magnification by 10%.

 (Zoom)
|
Move the slider to adjust the magnification.
|
 (Zoom In)
|
Increases the magnification by 10%.
|
 (Whole Page)
|
Displays the entirety of the page.
|
 (Page Width)
|
Uses the width of the page to determine the magnification.
