Adding Comments to PDF Documents

You can use Annotation Editor to add comments to PDF documents. You can also use Desktop Browser, Document Binder, and the Quick Printing Tool to disable the editing of comments in PDF documents.

If you set a password when converting documents to PDF documents, you can prevent the editing of comments by adding editing restrictions. You can also convert the comments added to pages to images when converting pages to images, which prevents the editing of comments.
