Managing Documents as Data

With Desktop, you can centrally manage documents in various formats. Even when there is a large number of documents saved in libraries, you can use the search function to easily find them. You can also send and receive files (documents) between members using shared folders on a network.

By setting Desktop to monitor folders, you can display notifications when members send documents.
