啟動及結束 Annotation Editor

啟動
Annotation Editor：可從 Desktop Browser 或 Document Binder 啟動。

使用 Desktop V2.0.1 或更舊版本建立的文件夾文件/PDF 文件時，會刪除包含無法列印的字元的註釋。
從 Desktop Browser 啟動 Annotation Editor。
從 Document Binder 啟動 Annotation Editor。
若在 Annotation Editor 中開啟使用 Reader Extensions 的 PDF 文件，則 Reader Extensions 功能會遭刪除。

您可以啟動多個 Annotation Editor 執行個體。
單一 Annotation Editor 螢幕讓您可以只編輯單一文件。
當 Annotation Editor 需要極長的時間來啟動時，請關閉所有 iW Desktop 以外的應用程式，並嘗試再次啟動 Annotation Editor。如果仍然無法啟動，請嘗試下列操作。
1.啟動Internet Explorer。
2.選取「工具」>「網際網路選項」。
3.選取「進階」標籤。
4.如果已選取在「設定」中的「檢查發行者的憑證是否被撤銷」，請取消選取。
5.按一下「確定」。
如果加入寬度或高度超過 1200 mm (47 1/4 英寸) 的頁面，則無法插入註釋。

使用 Desktop Browser
1.
在 Desktop Browser 螢幕中選取要添加註釋的文件夾文件或 PDF 文件。
若選取「優先 Annotation Editor」，您可在 Desktop Browser 中按兩下 PDF 文件以啟動 Annotation Editor。
「設定」>「系統設定」>「Browser」>「選擇用於開啟 PDF 文件的程式」>「優先 Annotation Editor」

按一下 工具列 上的 
(插入註釋)。
(插入註釋)。或者，遵循下述其中一個步驟。
選取「工具」功能表 >「插入註釋」。
以滑鼠右鍵按一下文件並選取「插入註釋」。
當您選取密碼保護的 PDF 文件時，請在「輸入密碼」對話方塊中輸入密碼，然後按一下「確定」。
此時會啟動 Annotation Editor，並在 Annotation Editor 螢幕上顯示所選取的文件。
使用 Document Binder
1.
在 Desktop Browser 螢幕中選取文件。

按一下 輸出列 上的 
(列印預覽)。
(列印預覽)。或者，遵循下述其中一個步驟。
選取「編輯」功能表 >「使用 Document Binder 編輯並列印預覽」。
按一下滑鼠右鍵，然後選取「使用 Document Binder 編輯並列印預覽」。
啟動 Document Binder。

選取的文件會添加至新文件夾文件。電腦上可列印的任何文件都可添加。但從某些特定應用程式添加文件可能會造成匯入錯誤。

3.
按一下 工具列 上的 (插入註釋)。
(插入註釋)。此之外也可選取「工具」功能表 >「插入註釋」。
此時會啟動 Annotation Editor，並在 Annotation Editor 螢幕中顯示開啟的文件。
結束
1.
按一下 Annotation Editor 的 
(關閉) 按鈕。
(關閉) 按鈕。除此之外也可選取「檔案」功能表 >「結束」。
