Managing Transmission Logs

You can save and manage logs of transmission data images, transmission times, destinations, etc. as transmission images.
If you are using the driver with multiple devices, you can view the log for each device. Also, for logs transmitted to multiple addresses, you can check transmission images for each address.

To Save Transmission Logs

1.
Display the [Select Destination] sheet.
You can display this from the fax transmission settings screen when sending a fax or changing the default settings.
2.
Select [Store Sent Fax Information and Image].
If you want to set the save destination for transmission logs and the maximum number that can be saved, perform the following procedure.
If you do not want to set them, click [OK].

Display the [Sent Fax Information and Image] sheet.
4.
Click [Store Settings].
5.
In the [Store Settings] dialog box, set the save destination for transmission logs and the maximum number that can be saved → click [OK].
Only a local folder can be specified as the save destination. A network folder cannot be specified.
6.
In the [Sent Fax Information and Image] sheet, click [OK].
NOTE
You can also select the [Store Sent Fax Information and Image] in the [Enter Destination] sheet.

To Check Transmission Logs

1.
Display the [Sent Fax Information and Image] sheet.
You can display this from the fax transmission settings screen when sending a fax or changing the default settings.
2.
If you are using the driver with multiple devices, select the driver names corresponding to those devices in [Driver to Display From].
3.
Select the transmission log to be checked from [Sent Fax Information and Image].
If the transmission log you want to check is not displayed, click [Refresh] to update the display.
4.
Check the details of the transmission log in the preview.
If you click [Enlarge], you can further enlarge and check the transmission log in the viewer.
If the log spans multiple pages, switch between pages with [Back] or [Next].
If you transmitted to multiple destinations, select and check the destination of the log you want to check in [Destination List].
