Connecting the Machine to an External Network and Registering/Updating Software
The following operations and settings are required to connect the machine to an external network and register/update software.
1. Connect the machine to the network.
2. Specify the network settings.
For details, see the manual provided with the imagePRESS Server.
3. Set the key pair used with SSL encrypted communications.
4. Enable the machine to be managed from computers (Remote UI).*
*This step is not required when using the touch panel display.
5. Register/update software.
