User Data List

You can manually print the User Data List whenever necessary.
Items that have been changed from their default settings are printed with an asterisk (*) next to them. Use the asterisk to check which items have been changed from their default settings.
An optional product is required to use the Fax function. For information on the optional products required to use the Fax function, see "Optional Products Required for Each Function."
The following types of User Data Lists are available:

User Data List (Communications)

Prints settings (except fax related settings) in [Send]/[Receive/Forward] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration), and the registered destination settings.

User Data List (Fax)

Prints fax related settings in [Send]/[Receive/Forward] in [Function Settings] (Settings/Registration).

User Data List (Network)

Prints information related to the network stored in [Preferences] (Settings/Registration).
NOTE
Some items that have been changed from their default settings have an asterisk (*) next to the item above them.

User Data List (Communications)

Press [TX/RX User Data List].

Press [Yes].

User Data List (Fax)

User Data List (Network)

The following items in User Data List (Network) are automatically generated from unique information of the machine by default and when the settings are initialized, and have an asterisk (*) next to them.

mDNS Name (mDNS Settings)
Service Name (AppleTalk Settings)
Current Transmission Speed (Ethernet Driver Settings)
