[Confirm PIN]/[Confirm Password] Dialog Box

Enables you to set the PIN/password when outputting with secured printing. Select the document name from the control panel of the printer and enter the PIN/password to start printing the data.

Descriptions of Settings

[Document Name]

Enables you to set a name for the print data.

[User Name]

Enables you to set a user name for the print data. The user name set in the [User Information Settings] Dialog Box is displayed, but you can change it.

If you select the [Device Settings] tab - [User Management] - [User Authentication], you cannot change the user name.

[PIN]/[Password]

Sets a PIN or password. If the PIN/password is set in the [User Information Settings] Dialog Box, it is displayed as a series of dots, but can be changed.
