[Confirm Department ID/PIN]/[Confirm Department ID/Password] Dialog Box

Enables you to confirm the department ID and PIN (password). If you have selected [Settings] in the [Device Settings] tab and configured the settings in the [Set User Information] dialog box beforehand, those settings will be displayed.

Descriptions of Settings

[Department ID]

Enter the department ID (up to 8 characters) set at the printer.

[PIN]/[Password]

Enter a PIN or password of up to 7 numbers. If the PIN or password has been set beforehand, it will be displayed as a series of asterisks (*). If the PIN or password has not been set at the printer, leave this box blank.
