[User Information Settings] Dialog Box
Enables you to specify the user name and the PIN.

Descriptions of Settings
[User Name]
Enables you to specify the user name for secured printing. Up to 32 characters can be entered.
[PIN for Secured Print]
Enables you to specify the PIN for secured printing. You can enter a numerical PIN from 1 to 9999999.
[Confirm User Information When Performing Secured Print]
Displays a dialog box that enables you to confirm the document name, user name, and PIN when executing secured printing.
[Confirm User Name When Printing]
When this setting is selected, the [Confirm User Information] dialog box is displayed when printing, and printing is executed with the entered user name.
