Putting Print Jobs on Hold
You can send print data to a hold queue (temporary storage area) in the device. You can also change the print order or settings of the stored data from the control panel of the device or the Remote UI.

Display the appropriate sheet from the print settings screen of the driver.

Select [Hold] from [Output Method] → click [Details].

In the [Hold Details] dialog box, set the name of data.
If you want to specify a desired name, select [Name of Data to Hold] > [Enter Name] → enter the name in [Name].
The [Hold Details] dialog box is also displayed when actually printing, enabling you to confirm or change the specified name.

Click [OK].
