Sending the Trace Log
This function is used as required when a problem has occurred.

Normally leave log recording enabled. |

Confirm that nobody is operating the Cloud Connector app on the multifunction device before changing settings from the Remote UI. Changing settings will cause the user operating the multifunction device to be logged out from the Cloud Connector app. |
Step 1: Enabling Log Recording

Start the Remote UI and log in with System Manager Mode.

On the Portal screen of the Remote UI, click [Cloud Connector Configuration].

Click [Cloud Connector logging] in [Diagnostics].

Confirm the description on the screen, then select [Enable Cloud Connector logging] and click [Save].
[Send diagnostic data] is displayed on the screen of the multifunction printer. (It may take up to 15 minutes until the settings are reflected.)

Step 2: Sending the Trace Log
Press [Send diagnostic data] to send the log to the developer.
