Sender Settings
You can select the name to be printed as the sender name at the destination.
If multiple fax lines are available, you can also select the line to be used for sending.

Selecting the Sender Name
By default, the unit name configured in the line settings of the machine is printed as the sender name at the destination.
You can select the name of a previously registered sender as the sender name, instead of the unit name. When you are logged in to the machine, you can also select the login user name.

Required Preparations
Register the sender name. [Register Sender Name (TTI)]

On the fax screen, press [Options] 
[Sender Name (TTI)]. Fax Screen
[Sender Name (TTI)]. Fax ScreenThe [Sender Name (TTI)] screen is displayed.

Select the name to use as the sender name.
You can also directly specify the name by using the numeric keys to enter the number of the name.
To use the login user name, select name number "100."

Press [OK] [Close].
[Close].The fax screen is displayed again.
NOTE
You can configure the setting to use the login user name as the sender name by default. [Use Authentication User Name as Sender Name]
Selecting the Line to Use for Sending
If multiple fax lines are available, you can select the line to use for sending. The fax number set for the selected line is printed as the sender's fax number at the destination.
