Canceling Printing

When you have executed printing using a driver from a computer, you can cancel printing from the computer.
After the print data has been sent to the machine or when you have executed printing without using a driver, you can cancel printing using the control panel or Remote UI.

Canceling Printing from a Computer

When Using Windows

If the printing screen is displayed, click [Cancel].
 
If the above screen is not displayed, double-click the printer icon in the Windows notification area, select the document to cancel, and right-click [Cancel] click [Yes].
 
If the printer icon is not displayed in the Windows notification area or the document to be canceled is not displayed, the print data is sent to the machine after being processed on the computer.

When Using macOS

Click the printer icon in the Dock and click [] of the document to cancel printing.

When Canceling Printing Using the Control Panel

Follow the instructions on screen to cancel printing.
* If the confirmation screen appears when you cancel printing, press [Yes].
 
If the printing screen is displayed, click [Cancel].
 
If the [Print Job List] is displayed, select the job to cancel from the print job list and press [Cancel].
 
If the print screen is displayed, press [Jobs Printed], select the job to cancel from the print job list, and press [Cancel Printing].
 
If none of the above screens is displayed, press [ Stop], select the job to cancel from the print job list, and press [Cancel].
